Requirements

• 8+ years in SEO, with at least 2+ years in a formal leadership/managerial role overseeing a team of specialists
• Multi-Project Mastery: Proven experience managing complex SEO strategies for multiple websites or large-scale international domains simultaneously
• AI & Automation Expert: Deep hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and automation tools
• Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders, focusing on business growth and financial outcomes
• Project Management: Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com) to coordinate team efforts across various workstreams
• Technical SEO Core: Expert knowledge of JS frameworks (Next.js, React), technical auditing, and programmatic SEO
• Analytical Rigor: Advanced skills in SQL, BigQuery, or Google Looker Studio to build automated, multi-project reporting dashboards
• Languages: Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English (both speaking and writing)
