Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst / Solution Architect to lead configuration and optimization efforts within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with a strong focus on Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Deep functional understanding of recruiting processes within Oracle HCM
- Proficiency in Journeys, Workflows, and Fast Formulas configuration
- Strong technical fluency: ability to read code and write PL/SQL queries
- Proven ability to act as both a functional consultant and technical configurator
- Familiarity with HCM integrations, data flow, and system architecture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business terms
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently
