Job Description
Member Service Representative II responsible for providing members with service on a variety of transactions, welcoming members and providing general information on credit union products and services, and meeting assigned goals by cross-selling all products and services offered by the Credit Union.
Requirements
- Six months experience in a credit union or other financial institution
- Typing at 35 words per minute minimum
- Ability to interpret and explain Credit Union policy and transactions
- Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services
