Job Description
This field service technician will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems, installing equipment, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves analyzing customer problems, performing necessary repairs, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety protocols. It also encompasses regular maintenance and factory modifications.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma/GED and/or one to three years mechanical and electrical experience.
- Excellent people skills and verbal communication required.
- Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Ability to maintain a good understanding of industry innovations and product availability.
- Ability to safely operate personal hand tools.
