Job Description
The Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as providing comprehensive customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing problems, performing installations, and maintaining equipment in a professional and safe manner. They will also handle communication with the company and supervisors.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma/GED and/or one to three years mechanical and electrical experience.
- Excellent people skills and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals.
- Ability to accurately perform arithmetic calculations and understand service manuals.
- Must obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
