The Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment on-site, providing excellent customer service and contributing to shop safety. They analyze problems, perform repairs, and maintain equipment for customer and company needs, adhering to company policies. Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma/GED and/or one to three years mechanical and electrical experience
- Excellent people skills and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and follow instructions
- Ability to safely operate personal tools
- Must obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
