Job Description
The field service technician is responsible for troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, installing equipment, and performing scheduled maintenance on customer-owned equipment. They provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety regulations. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma/GED and/or one to three years mechanical and electrical experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of schematics and manuals
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations
- Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
