Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and certified Six Sigma Black Belt /Master Black Belt professional to join our leadership team as an Assistant General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, IT service management, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 17+ years of experience in in process excellence, technology operations, or software development
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt /Master Black Belt required
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), DevOps, and software development processes
- Proven track record in leading process improvement projects in a technology environment
- Hands-on experience in automation, CI/CD, test-driven development, and Agile transformations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
