Corporate Development Manager

Guardian is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive inorganic growth initiatives and forge innovative partnerships. The role involves leading M&A, venture investments, and strategic partnerships, and collaborating with business leaders to structure and execute partnerships with early-stage companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or corporate development
• Proficiency in AI and other emerging disruptive technologies
• Strong technical skills in financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
