Corporate Development Manager

Prove is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to evaluate and execute M&A transactions and identify strategic partners. The role involves managing investment ventures and alliances to support the company's mission and growth goals.

Requirements

• Partner with senior leaders in driving strategy and solutions for complex strategic questions
• Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships and other external opportunities
• Manage deal processes from end to end, including being the relationship owner, negotiator and external face of Prove in significant partner relationships
• Drive deal diligence, integration planning, documentation and implementation
• Assist in structural fundraising efforts
• Partner with the Business Operations team to create more infrastructure and organization with our existing and future partners
