Partnership Manager

As the Partnership Manager with the retail channel, you will be part of a growing and increasingly strategic channel for Guardian. You will own end-to-end accountability for the performance of an assigned portfolio of distribution partners, develop and execute annual growth strategies to achieve year-over-year sales and enrollment targets, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant sales experience within insurance distribution
• Experience with Individual Medical (ACA, Medicare) and/or Dental insurance products
• A track record of consistently delivering against revenue and enrollment goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated executive presence
• Experience working with PEOs and/or enrollment platforms (preferred)
• A 4-year university degree
