VP of Human Resource, Volunteer Engagement, & DEI

Support our mission, culture, and people through strategic human resources, volunteer engagement and DEI leadership. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, shaping talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and compensation philosophy to support long-term organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience, including organizational transformation and culture-building, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Advanced proficiency with HR operations including metrics, analytics, HRIS systems, compensation, employee relations, and learning and development and deep expertise in multi-state labor laws, strategic planning, and risk management
• Proven success building and leading teams with strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
