Associate Director, Financial Services Advisory - Commercial Insurance

As an Associate Director in Guidehouse's Commercial Financial Services sector, you will lead large Insurance industry accounts, develop business, manage relationships, and oversee staff. You will become a recognized insurance expert and drive transformational change. You will engage and mentor team members to achieve continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of professional experience in the insurance industry
• Deep knowledge and network of connections within the commercial insurance industry
• Ability to build and manage a book of business in the $1M - $10M range
• Expertise in technology and operations optimization
• Business process improvement, automation and change management experience
• Business architecture and operating models experience
• Proficiency in Project Management practices
• Experience supporting long-term, large-scale contracts
• Solid understanding of engagement economics and budgeting
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
