Associate Director/Managing Consultant - Payer/Provider Health - 340B Program Optimization

We are seeking experienced pharmacy professionals to help strengthen and expand our Pharmacy Practice. Ideal candidates bring experience in one or more of the following areas: 340B optimization, specialty pharmacy, PBM strategy and design, outpatient infusion, drug expense management, pharmacy enterprise development, and service line integration. In this Consultant role, you will partner closely with clients to deliver measurable results—leveraging your pharmacy expertise, process improvement capabilities, and business development skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) required
• 5–7 years of relevant experience; consulting experience preferred
• Knowledge of 340B requirements, operations assessment, and optimization principles related to pharmacy
• Specialty pharmacy strategy, design, and/or implementation experience
• Experience designing outpatient infusion strategies (HOPD, non-HOPD, and home)
• Experience using analytics and value assessments to develop business cases and validate solution alternatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering client workstreams
• Ability to perform analyses to identify and quantify pharmacy improvement opportunities
