The Business Analyst provides engagement support across a wide range of activities, including customer contact center support, project control, resource management, and data analysis. They will work with engagement leadership to provide support in various areas, including tracking risks, issues, and change requests, and creating project status reports. The Business Analyst will also assist in tracking agent performance and productivity, and monitor and track workflow to ensure service level goals are achieved.
