Data Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Defense & Security AI & Data team. The successful candidate will design and develop databases, develop data pipelines, and work with clients to implement data analytics and data science. The role will require a strong understanding of relational databases, columnar data warehouses, data lakes, and NoSQL. The successful candidate will work with various technologies, including Python, Databricks, and Palantir Foundry, and will be required to work in cloud-based databases and ETL/ELT architecture. The role will also require the development of data visualizations and the maintenance of data governance documentation, tools, and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in a data or IT discipline
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering
• Active Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
