Lead the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience OR 10 years of prior relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Proven experience in finance leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
