Financial Systems Platform Lead

Financial Systems Platform Lead owns the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operations for the company’s financial systems platform with a primary focus on aligning systems to finance strategy, controls, and business process outcomes. The role partners closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and prioritize system changes that improve month end close, reconciliations, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of relevant experience OR 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) owning or managing financial systems or ERP/platforms in a business environment
• Strong understanding of core financial processes (GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, reconciliations), their related internal controls, and how they map to systems
