Conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions for new hires and current employees on end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in RCM Training or similar roles within US Healthcare
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
