Team Lead

Manage and allocate daily work volumes to ensure client SLAs & TAT are met. Run AR reports daily / weekly for each client account. Assign AR accounts and prioritized claims to AR Associates for completion on a daily or weekly as appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in RCM
• 1+ year experience in managing People & Process
• Good Communication Skills (Oral and written) and Analytical Skills required for AR Calling for Medical Billing Process
• Must have bachelor’s degree
