Responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies. Reviews, plans, and provides assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management. Creates, reviews, and advises on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in IT or computer Science field
- 7 years in Salesforce, with assisting in designing a Salesforce solution using a formal development methodology (Waterfall, JAD, AGILE etc...)
- Must be experienced in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and any experience on public sector and Health Cloud is a bonus.
- Experience and knowledge of Lightning Design System and MuleSoft
- Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, and bug fixes.
- Design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other legacy systems using REST / SOAP and Bulk APIs or Any Tool/ESB (Informatica/Mules/Cast-iron).
- Expert level knowledge in Apex Programming, Webservices, Flows, VF Pages and strong expertise on LWC, JavaScript, CSS and Aura framework
- Expert level experience in REST, SOAP, Bulk API and hands on experience in designing and developing complex integrations between salesforce and third-party applications Understanding to Salesforce object model, governor limits and best practices Compliment hands-on experience with Front end languages and backend tools for web engineering (Apex, Triggers, Data loader, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, API’s JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS).
- Experience building SQL tables and queries, understanding object-oriented concepts and design patterns.
- Must have Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PD1 certifications, Application Architect certification
