ServiceNow Business Analyst

ServiceNow Business Analyst position responsible for leading ServiceNow projects, collaborating with development teams, and translating complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of ServiceNow experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance
• Minimum of 4 years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities
• Experience with low-code and no-code technology platforms
