Job Description
The Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst will lead ServiceNow projects, interact with clients and users, and translate functional requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience and a Federal or DoD
Requirements
- Must POSSESS and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET security clearance
- A Minimum of FIVE (5) years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
- Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training
- Experience working in an Agile environment
