We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to support domestic and global employee populations. The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support in the US, in addition to global initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience and 3 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of independence
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and strategically
- Adept at building relationships
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
