Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LMHC)

Provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities, partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Good time management skills
• Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
