Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist plays a key role in overseeing the Human Resource Department's responsibilities and activities of GuideStar Eldercare. The HR Generalist will use independent judgement, knowledge, and experience to evaluate HR processes and make recommendations for improvements, subject to oversight by the HR Manager, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience as an HR Generalist; preferably in healthcare
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred
