Job Description
GuideStar Eldercare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide nursing care in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. This role offers autonomy in private practice with administrative support, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team focused on patient safety and dignity. The position involves initial evaluations, continuing therapy, cognitive testing, and client/family relationship building.
Requirements
- Proof of Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Good time management skills
- Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
- Complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Complete credentialing process
