The Sr Corporate Development & Strategic Investment Director will be responsible for evaluation and execution of the company's activities related to mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, divestitures, partnerships, and other similar opportunities. The role will lead the project management of M&A transactions through all phases of the deal lifecycle from evaluation to execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years' related work experience
- Working knowledge of health and financial industries
- Related Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Finance
- Expertise in business planning, strategic planning, leading business initiatives, and managing a portfolio of business investments
- Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate and present financial statements/financial information in a concise and understandable manner to all levels of the organization
- SME in more than one of the following business disciplines: strategy development, mergers/acquisitions, accounting/finance, business modeling, marketing, organization effectiveness
- Experience with direct contact and interaction with senior leadership and business Board of Directors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work autonomously and lead multiple deals and deal teams simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Spanish language fluency
