Job Description
As a Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage Company, you will play an important role in the organization by performing various activities related to the company's Production functions. You will be responsible for providing quality relations with borrowers, completing the origination processing of application, loan disclosure, and review files for adherence to underwriting standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
- Active NMLS License
- Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
