Loan Officer Assistant (Lead to Contract)

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission. The role performs Lead to Contract duties, including customer contact, appointment setting, and administrative support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
• Active MLO licensing
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
