We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage desktop support and AV for our client's corporate headquarters providing white glove support.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft products (Windows 11, Office 365, and AV support)
- Familiarity with Lenovo hardware
- Experience supporting AV in a corporate setting
- Experience supporting AV (Wireless connectivity, presentation tools)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow
- Excellent communication, in-person and email, and phone customer service skills
