TalentFish is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead (SCM) to execute and drive the day-to-day work of Oracle Cloud Purchasing and Inventory modules. The role involves managing software releases, performing impact assessments, and facilitating testing with business users.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications
- Expert-level knowledge in at least two Oracle Cloud modules: Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Management, General Ledger, Expenses, or Enterprise Contracts
- Demonstrated experience leading a full work stream of Oracle Cloud applications and collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of 3–5 in a matrixed environment, including reporting to C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Incident Management tools
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent certification in healthcare, business management, or information systems; Oracle Cloud SCM/Inventory certification a plus
