SkillBridge Coordinator People Data

The SkillBridge Coordinator People Data is responsible for assisting with the implementation, communication, and administration of human resources policies, services, and programs to increase employee effectiveness and support functional unit/business partner. The role involves performing various general Human Resources tasks, including employee records, benefits, education/training, employee relations, staffing, compensation, and equal employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and experience in an HR environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years demonstrated administrative experience preferably in an HR environment
• Must be eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program and remain eligible throughout the program
• Ability to work assigned shift
• Willingness to work up to 25% travel
