GumGum is seeking a VP of Sales to lead its market-leading contextual advertising platform across outer markets West of the Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital advertising sales, team management, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Media or Marketing/Advertising field
- 10+ years of selling experience in digital advertising sales
- Experience managing a team to deliver a large book of business (15M+)
- Demonstrated experience coaching team members to improve performance
- Strong selling experience and track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
- Proficient in SalesForce
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills a must
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and strategic relationship building with clients
- Attention to detail and organization in daily tasks
- Quick at problem solving internally and externally while managing stakeholders through the process
- Fundamental understanding of business drivers (P/L, Operating Statement, COGS, Revenue, etc.)
