Technical Sourcer

Gumloop is hiring a Technical Sourcer to own the top of the recruiting funnel and shape a sourcing function from the ground up. The role requires 2-8 years of technical sourcing experience and a proven track record of sourcing engineering talent with measurable funnel outcomes.

Requirements

• 2 to 8 years of technical sourcing experience at a top-tier tech company
• Proven track record sourcing for engineering talent with measurable funnel outcomes
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and ATS platforms (Ashby, Gem, Greenhouse, or similar)
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and the pace of an early-stage company
• Genuine interest in AI, agents, and the next wave of enterprise software
