Requirements

• Min. master's degree
• +6 years as consultant in a large consulting firm or in digital strategy boutique firms
• Strong knowledge & expertise in at least 1 sector
• Solid experience in one of the following topics: architecture and operating models, Customer Experience, data and AI, agility, strategy execution and extended knowledge in project/program management/PMO
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and manage teams
• Fast learner, flexible to different environment and contexts
• Customer-centric & hands-on experience with client relationship management
• Fluent in English and native in Dutch or French, with business proficiency in the other
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong and empathic communicator
• Act as a natural connector
• Focus on people centered change
• Keeping a cool head in demanding environments
• Knowledge-sharing and coaching are key
• Inspire trust, show respect to other people and act at all time guided by a strong ethical code
