As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will lead digital transformation engagements, provide strategic guidance to clients, and contribute to the development of the company's value proposition.

Requirements

• Min. master's degree
• +6 years as consultant in a large consulting firm or in digital strategy boutique firms and a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects/programs for various organizations
• Strong knowledge & expertise in at least 1 sector
• Solid experience in one of the following topics: architecture and operating models, Customer Experience, data and AI, agility, strategy execution and extended knowledge in project/program management/PMO
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and manage teams, lead client workshops, facilitate change management
