Job Description
BSBI Paris is seeking a Freelancer, Full-Time Lecturer for their Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD or be a PhD candidate with strong theoretical and practical knowledge in areas like Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Robotics. They will also possess prior teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student learning and development.
Requirements
- PhD or PhD Candidate with strong theoretical and practical knowledge in at least two of the listed areas
- Prior teaching experience in higher education at University level
- Very good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
- Scientific publications in a related discipline
- Fluent in spoken and written English (C2 level)
- Knowledge of French (desirable)
- Knowledge of Educational Platforms (i.e. Canvas, Blackboard etc.)
- Working knowledge of timetabling software
- Sound knowledge of study regulations and rules
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- High social competence and assertiveness
- Ability to maintain an overview even with high workloads
- Entrepreneurial and economic way of thinking and working
- Resilient and flexible
- Motivated for further academic and professional development
