Job Description
Talent Acquisition Executive for a fast-growing AI company, responsible for full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline management, and stakeholder partnership.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive sourcing, headhunting
- Comfortable using an ATS (preferably Lever) for tracking and reporting hiring metrics
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a data-driven mindset
