Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of India's hiring practices, and employment regulations
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Proven ability to source, manage, and close candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workable is a plus)
• Exposure to building or managing AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Glean, Notion AI, or similar
