Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Technical Recruiting to lead our Technical Recruiting team, which is responsible for identifying top-tier talent through innovative sourcing and recruiting tools. The role involves partnering with VP+ Engineering leaders, developing and implementing hiring strategies, and managing a team of 20. The successful candidate will have 12+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 6+ years in people management, and a proven track record of building large-scale engineering organizations.
