Senior Product Manager, Symmetry New Tax Products

At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We're looking for a product leader to own the development of new business lines for payroll tax products, with broad autonomy to lead discovery, strategy, and execution for new products in payroll tax.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on product management experience
• 3+ years of success building 0 to 1 products
• Proven track record of building 0 to 1 products with demonstrable evidence of deep product discovery skills, building personalized products or optimized workflows using Gen AI/ ML, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends, build business cases, define product vision and strategy, and create a supporting roadmap that rapidly iterates into delivering on your vision
• Entrepreneurial, passionate about our mission, and have deep empathy for our customers
