Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership across multi-site or portfolio operations, ideally within commercial vehicle, industrial, engineering, or distribution sectors.
• Proven record of supporting operational transformation, technology implementation, and improving performance and achieving measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and capital equipment or distribution-based business models.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to connect operational actions to customer outcomes and business value.
• Experienced in building leadership capability and operational systems that sustain growth and innovation.
