Job Description
GVW Group is seeking a Trust and Estate Counsel to join their team in Durbanville, South Africa. The role is based in Durbanville, but requires extensive U.S. legal experience, particularly in tax and estate planning. The candidate will be responsible for administering and planning various trust structures, advising on tax and estate planning strategies, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. This is a full-time, exempt position.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth research and prepare detailed memoranda.
- Design and oversee estate and trust entities.
- Collaborate with tax advisors.
