We are looking for a practical and well-organized Administrative Employee who enjoys working both in the warehouse and on the office floor. This is a real combination function: you support important administrative processes, but also regularly work on the shop floor with our logistics operators.
Requirements
- MBO-level work and thinking level in administration, finance or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable administrative or supporting function
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with a confident and professional attitude
- Independent and resilient, with the ability to work accurately in a dynamic and diverse environment
- Eye for quality, critical thinking and the ability to deliver precise and reliable work
- Good financial and administrative skills, including document management, data accuracy and basic knowledge of invoice processing
- Good digital and system skills, with the willingness to learn and develop yourself
- A service-oriented attitude, focused on supporting colleagues and delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
