We’re looking for a Facility Coordinator to help get our new site near Breda running at its best. You’ll coordinate and oversee site maintenance activities, working with internal teams and specialist vendors to keep our equipment and facilities safe, reliable and ready to meet company and customer goals.
Requirements
- Coordinate daily and planned maintenance to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and on time
- Partner with approved vendors to maintain warehouse equipment and building systems to a high standard
- Track performance against agreed targets, analyse results and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and produce required reports
- Deliver excellent service to internal stakeholders and customers
- Apply and promote company policies, safety procedures and relevant legal requirements to ensure full compliance
- Work safely in line with GXO Health & Safety training, standards and procedures
- Support initiatives that reduce our environmental impact
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, sharing ideas and helping implement better ways of working
