Job Description
The Facility Project Manager is responsible for the execution of Facility (and partly Technical) Project Management, including managing end-to-end facility projects, selecting and supervising external contractors, and ensuring compliance with legal, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of soft-services and hard-services in facility management, as well as relevant legislation and regulations
- Strong communication, budgeting, and project management skills
- Technical knowledge of automation is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
