We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team in Thatcham. As a HR Advisor, you will provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers in all aspects of HR.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar capacity
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy/practice and employee relations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-standing working relationships
