Job Description
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a WH SMITH site in Birmingham. You'll support the HR Manager in delivering a professional HR service, working closely with managers and trade union representatives. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a genuine opportunity to develop your HR career within a leading logistics organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory or HR Officer role
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, unionised environment
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
