Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at GXO. The successful candidate will have relevant experience dealing with complex ER issues and excellent communication skills. The role involves supporting the management team with ER casework, maintaining excellent relationships with employee forums, and proactively facilitating employee engagement initiatives. Requirements
- Relevant experience dealing with complex ER issues
- CIPD level qualification (ideally)
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive and proactive approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
