Job Description
The HR Manager I (HR Manager BU South-West) role is a challenging opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, international organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business leadership to strengthen the organization's performance through effective people strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- More than 10 years of proven HR experience, of which at least 5 years in a senior business partner or HR leadership role.
- Experience in supporting large business units or divisions, preferably with P&L responsibility.
- Good knowledge of labor law, labor relations and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and realize strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; additional regional languages are a plus.
